But these applications steal users' personal information, including banking data, without any permission. McAfee found that 8 million people downloaded the 15 most dangerous applications.

Most of the people are installing the app from the Google Play Store. But McAfee found that even after these apps were removed from the Google Play Store, the majority were still using the application. This puts consumers at greater risk.

Why are these apps dangerous?

While installing these applications the user gives many permissions to the apps. In this way these applications can access all important information on your smartphone including messages, camera, microphone, location. These applications can also steal important information including OTP without the user's knowledge.
